Chemeketa Online is currently accepting applications for the Winter 2014 Quality Matters (QM) Peer Reviews for online courses. Participation in a peer review is highly valued by the college and we encourage you to view this as an important professional development opportunity for online faculty.
During a QM review a team of three faculty reviewers evaluate an online course using the QM rubric for quality online course design. Each review team includes one content-area expert, and at least one reviewer external to Chemeketa. The reviewers provide detailed feedback identifying the strengths of the course as well as potential improvements. The process is entirely voluntary. Faculty receive a $200 stipend upon meeting QM standards.
Application period: November 25– January 10, 2014
Review period: February 2014
