Use the forms below to make requests regarding your eLearn class shells and other instructional needs.
NOTE: If you want to use eLearn for a new class you must ask your administrative secretary to add the proper Integration Partner code in Banner. Your eLearn course will be automatically generated shortly after that change has been made.
|ELEARN / BLACKBOARD|
|Request eLearn Development Shell||Non-term-specific development shells can be created either empty, based on a template, or a clone from one of your classes.|
|Request Access to eLearn||Ask to have people manually added to a course as Teaching Assistants, Students (for Incompletes), or full access as Instructor.|
|Cross-List eLearn Course Sections||Cross-list (Merge) sections of a class (i.e. create a parent section with child sections redirecting all users to one eLearn shell).|
|Clone course for someone else||Share your content by cloning your course into a development shell for someone else.|
|Restore a course from Archives||Request that a past course that has since been removed be restored to eLearn from an archive file.|
|Course Feedback Forms||Provide a link to a web form for students to submit feedback for online classes. Create the link using our online tool, then add it to your eLearn course.|
|Grade Book Access Request Form||Academic Deans, Directors, or Coordinators request access to the Grade Book for one or more eLearn courses.|
|Adobe Connect Account||Request an account on the college Adobe Connect web server. Learn More|
|Adobe Presenter software||Request access to install the Adobe Presenter software. Learn More|
